All pk98 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The currency of an Account cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals are processed in PKR.
pk98 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All payment accounts and bank accounts used must be registered in the name of the pk98 Account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk98 Balance immediately upon confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account Balance. pk98 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform at the time of the request. pk98 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in your Account settings.
By depositing funds into your pk98 Account, you confirm that the funds are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any criminal, unlawful, or prohibited activity. pk98 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pk98 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your pk98 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry of the Bonus Funds.
pk98 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, and exploiting errors or technical faults in bonus crediting. Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended or permanently closed.
pk98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bets or bonus activity already in progress under the original promotional terms.
All wagers placed on the pk98 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published within each section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk98 Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, permanently closed, and all balances forfeited:
You may close your pk98 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment account, subject to completion of KYC verification and the standard withdrawal process. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
pk98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud, suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC within required timeframes, breach of any provision of these Terms, or on receipt of a request from a responsible gaming authority or law enforcement agency.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, pk98 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, pk98 reserves the right to permanently forfeit the Account Balance. Where no breach is found, the Balance will be returned to the User via the registered payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk98 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
pk98's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
